COPS TV Show, Over the Limit, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department

Sgt. detains an intoxicated male individual who's carrying a bundle of clothing and several bottles of beer as he crosses the busy and dangerous Vegas strip. Sgt. questions the animated man who claims that he has a fetish for women's clothing. During a search of the man, the officer discovers additional cans of beer - including one concealed in the front of his pants.
